1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team immediately begins preparing it for shipment. Most orders are processed, verified, packed, and dispatched within approximately 3 business days.
Please note that purchases made during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Fees
After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes between 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and local courier operations.
We currently offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of USD $5.99.
3. Possible Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected circumstances such as customs inspections, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues may occasionally result in delays. 4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation, as courier systems may require time to activate the tracking information.
5. Why Did I Receive Only Part of My Order?
If your purchase contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment centers. This helps us reduce delivery times and ensure products arrive as quickly as possible.
Each shipment will include its own tracking number, and separate shipping confirmation emails may be sent accordingly.
6. Requesting Order Changes
If you need to modify your order details — including shipping address, phone number, product size, color, or quantity — please contact us immediately, preferably within 12 hours after placing the order.

7. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the local courier may leave a notice and temporarily hold your package at a nearby postal facility or pickup location.
We recommend contacting your local delivery carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution. If additional support is needed, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Please note that diindlitledogs.com is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the parcel.
8. Delayed Shipment Assistance
If your order appears delayed, please follow these steps before contacting support:
Step 1: Review Tracking Updates
Check the latest tracking activity. If the tracking information has updated within the past 7 days, your shipment is generally still progressing normally through the logistics network.
Step 2: Contact Support if Necessary
If no tracking updates have appeared for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team at support@diindlitledogs.com and include:

- Your Order Email
Our team will investigate the shipment status with the carrier.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how concerning lost shipments can be. If you believe your package may be missing, our team will coordinate directly with the shipping provider to investigate the situation.
Packages Confirmed Lost in Transit
If the carrier officially confirms that the shipment was lost before delivery, we will gladly arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the provided address, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. diindlitledogs.com is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, reception staff, or property management first.
